Middle School Central Middle School Ministry exists for students in grades 6-8 to help them navigate the transition from childhood into adolescence. The students in this often awkward and crazy group are treated here as real people of extreme value. We believe, as they discover more about themselves and about God and others, they will thrive in our community through Discipleship, Worship, Education, and Events.
  • Middle School Weekly Schedule:

    Sunday Morning

    9:00…Sunday Morning Discipleship

Every Sunday from 9:00-10:10 AM our 6th-8th graders gather in three mixed classes that journey through three curriculums together throughout the year. These classes are lead by volunteer parents and leaders from our church. Sunday School is a great place to learn more about our faith and each other in these interactive classes.

    Sunday Evening

    4:00…Bible Quizzing

Each year our quiz team studies and competes with our district churches in memorizing and studying Scripture together. This group connects deeply with each other and grows in the knowledge of God’s Word together. Join the team!

    5:30....Small Groups

We need moments to be real with each other - moments to talk about life and look at God’s Word together to see how we respond to life’s situations. We also need moments to cry, laugh, pray, and be with each other. Small groups provide that opportunity for our youth every week with a regular group of their peers and two committed leaders. Most groups meet in classrooms off of the Adult Fellowship Hall upstairs, or within the church office. Contact Pastor Rick to get plugged into a small group.

    SNACs (Sunday Night After Church)

    3rd Sunday of Most Months

SNACs are a regular fellowship opportunity for middle schoolers to hang out with each other. Students play games, talk, chow down, and can certainly expect to have a ton of fun! Most SNACs take place at one of the student’s homes, but occasionally they are held at church or some other offsite location. For most SNACs, students will be asked to bring food to share or a few dollars to chip in for the food costs. Contact Pastor Rick if you are interested in helping host or run a SNAC.

    Wednesday Evening

    7:00…Youth Group

Wednesday nights are the opportunity for students to stop and refocus through worship in the midst of a busy school week. Middle school Wednesday nights function on the premise that we learn to worship by participating, not just sitting, so we learn to worship through play, prayer, small group discussions, music, teaching times, and occasionally special speakers and service projects. We meet in the large Fellowship Hall downstairs.

High School Central High School Ministry strives to create space where 9th-12th grade aged youth learn about Jesus, are connected with one another, and are given a safe place to explore who they are through Discipleship, Worship, Education, and Events.
  • High School Weekly Schedule:

    Sunday Morning

    9:00…Sunday Morning Discipleship

Every Sunday our high school students (9th-12th grades) meet in grade-based discipleship classes from 9:00-10:10 AM. These classes are taught by volunteer teachers that rotate each quarter. The subjects explored range from topical to biblical narrative.

    Wednesday Evening

    7:00…Youth Group

A highlight of our week is youth group on Wednesday night. Each week we enjoy a variety of ways to connect with God and one another. You won’t want to miss this time to connect with peers and engage the Word.

EVENTS

Crazy events are a part of our student ministry, but they’re not without purpose. We need time spent together to learn to love and grow with each other. Plus we like to have fun!

There are great events throughout the year that we participate in as middle school,
senior high, our entire youth ministry, with the district, and with our denomination.

Awesome big events you don’t want to miss include summer camp, retreats, senior trip, and mission trips. These events may cost extra, but we believe they change lives!

Parent/Pastor Conferences

Parent Pastor Conferences are an opportunity for you, as the primary faith influencer, to sign up and meet with an Age Group Ministry pastor for a one hour time slot to simply talk about your child and his or her spiritual life.
