Dear Central Church,

I think you know this already, but in case you’ve forgotten: Central Church values our youngest disciples! We have a long history of making significant investments in kids and teens. 

In 2022, we remodeled the downstairs youth ministry area, making it an incredible worship space for our youth ministry and our multicultural ministries. 

It’s now time to make similar improvements for our kids’ ministry. I’m excited to announce that after a period of prayer, discernment, and planning, our leaders voted last night to move forward with a remodel of our Elementary Kids’ Ministry space! This vision includes the following: 

• Cafe/gathering area 

• Updated check-in area in the upper atrium 

• Expanded audio visual capabilities with new sound booth

• Reimagined stage for teaching and worship 

• Refresh of 6 classrooms

The total cost of this remodel is $175,000. Because of your faithful and generous support, we have $125,000 set aside in this year’s budget for this project. For this to be fully funded, we need $50,000 between now and Thanksgiving! I know God is able to do this as we come together to make investments in our kids. 

Would you pray with me over the next few weeks about giving over and above your regular support for Kids Ministry at Central? I look forward to telling you more about this project and how you can get involved. For now, let’s pray together in anticipation of all the good things God is going to do in the lives of our kids and families.
